Unfortunately we do not offer a Next Day delivery service. Although, if you place an order before midday your order will be shipped out the same day. If you'd like to request for your order to be delivered Next Day then please contact email@example.com.

From time to time SUICOKE EU offers free shipping offers. To be kept up to date and find out when these offers are valid please sign up to our mailing list here. Returned items that have been subject to a free shipping offer and are being returned for a monetary refund not exchanged goods or a credit note will have our delivery cost deducted from the amount refunded. Please be aware of our shipping costs.
We are happy to return full price and sale items from our online store (some exclusions apply*) within 14 days of purchase.
Please note that we don't offer exchanges. If you'd like to exchange for another size, we recommended ordering the correct size and return your original purchase - we'll issue the refund once we've received the return.

Please note, that all returned goods are at your expense. We advise returning any items back to us using a trackable service. The items being returned are the sole responsibility of the sender until they are scanned in to our warehouse.
Please complete the return slip that came with your order and include it with the item being sent back. You can download a returns slip here.
Refunds are normally processed within 7 working days and all refunds will be made to the method of payment originally used when placing your order.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON SALES ITEMS. ALL SALES ON SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL. IF SALES ITEMS ARE RETURNED, THE PACKAGE(S) WILL BE REFUSED, WHICH SUICOKE EU / UK WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR. UPON ORDER CONFIRMATION, PURCHASE ORDERS CAN NOT BE MODIFIED.
