SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY
We are happy to return full price and sale items from our online store (some exclusions apply*) within 14 days of purchase.
Please note that we don't offer exchanges. If you'd like to exchange for another size, we recommended ordering the correct size and return your original purchase - we'll issue the refund once we've received the return.
You can return your order by simply emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org and then take the following steps by registering you returns here, please fill in the information and emailing form back to us, then post/courier the items back to us using the address given below:

Please note, that all returned goods are at your expense. We advise returning any items back to us using a trackable service. The items being returned are the sole responsibility of the sender until they are scanned in to our warehouse.
Please complete the return slip that came with your order and include it with the item being sent back. You can download a returns slip here.
Refunds are normally processed within 7 working days and all refunds will be made to the method of payment originally used when placing your order.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON SALES ITEMS. ALL SALES ON SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL. IF SALES ITEMS ARE RETURNED, THE PACKAGE(S) WILL BE REFUSED, WHICH SUICOKE EU / UK WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR. UPON ORDER CONFIRMATION, PURCHASE ORDERS CAN NOT BE MODIFIED.

For all UK orders we use DPD delivery services and our standard service costs is £5.89.
The UK is shipped on Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis, which means that all import taxes and duties will be included in the final purchase price.
The services provided are stated below;
DPD 2-3 Working Days £5.89
DPD Next Day Delivery £7.50 (order by midday, Monday - Friday)
In order to receive your item the next day, orders should be placed midday, Monday - Thursday. If an order is placed on Friday for Next Day Delivery, your item will arrive the following Monday. Should the next day delivery be chosen after Midday on Friday up until Monday midday, your items will arrive Tuesday. Should there be a delay or issue with your delivery, please contact email@example.com for help in resolving the problem.
From August 2021, we will be operating from within the EU, which means we will provide DDP services for all EU orders going forward from that date. This means cheaper shipping costs, NO custom charges and Local VAT will be included in all final product costs.
We offer to cover import duties for all EU orders - this means that all prices include taxes and duties. Orders will be shipped using an enhanced Delivered at Place service, which will ensure customers do not need to complete any paperwork, or pay any additional duties or taxes to receive orders.
In accordance with the UK & EU Trade Agreement, customers living within the EU will be charged 0% UK VAT on purchases. If you have any further questions relating to shipping to within the EU, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
